Meal Plan: June 19, 2010

Finally a meal plan! Evelope fish is a tin foil pouch with a flaky white fish, fresh herbs (we’ll do dill and parsley), spices (paprika, s&p), and a drizzle of good olive oil. Seal it up, toss in the oven for 10 minutes or so (we’ll try on the grill tonight), and then serve individual packets right on your plate.

    Am I crazy or are your dates slightly askew? (perhaps both things are true). I keep staring at the board and I know it’s wrong but I can’t wrap my head around how.

  2. They’re all messed up! I hadn’t even noticed. It could be that I wrote the board on Saturday the 19th, and since that used to be the normal start day for the menu, I just called Wed the 19th and went from there.

    So much for the big calendar hanging right next to the board 🙂
