The chest freezer we’ve been using has really helped breakfast planning. I put some breakfast burritos in the freezer today. They have black beans, scrambled eggs, a green tomato salsa verde, scallions, corn, and (sometimes) cheese. We’ll see if we even get to them this week. I’m going to try to finish the cream cheese with some defrosted bagels from the other week. The second half of a cinnamon bread recipe from a while back is also up for this week.
It’s a meaty week. We used ground buffalo for the meat sauce and kabobs. For tonight we split a grilled strip steak.
