Notre Ardoise: March 10, 2012

The Indian dinner tonight was to clear out the fridge. I finished the bag of spinach with more potatoes and greens. S made cholas to finish up the rest of a bag of chickpeas I cooked last week. To round it out we also had dal and romaine hearts with a yogurt dressing.

    Yum! We’ve been eating at Grandma’s since your mom got here, but last night we had rustic pesto with buffalo mozzarella, sauteed mushrooms and olives, with a salad your mom made.
