Tonight I made Inge’s roasted cauliflower in tahini sauce, and served it over baby spinach. A little red onion, cilantro, crushed toasted coriander seed, and some lemon juice to finish.
That is the most delicious cauliflower recipe I’ve ever tasted. I ate a whole head of cauliflower and wish I had more!
